Map 14. Valley Walk
A broad sweep along the railway line to Bury and Cambridge - what is now the Valley Walk. Locating the two bridges where the line crosses Ballingdon Street and the River Stour will help you with orientation. Note the extensive osier beds that were planted along the south side of the railway embankment. LXXIX.3.8
